The Urgency of Transpolitan Transmigration’s Regulation as an Effort to Accelerate National Development

The importance of integrating Transpolitan transmigration with modern methodologies is crucial for Indonesia's development, necessitating regulations to foster such initiatives effectively. In order to accelerate the national development, Transpolitan regulation is required. This normative research illustrates the Indonesian government's efforts to orient transmigration towards a Transpolitan model, despite challenges posed by inadequate legal frameworks. It is argued that the application of Transpolitan can significantly accelerate development in Indonesia through the development of science and technology-based transmigration areas. This paper also discusses the transmigration in Indonesia and describes relevant regulations about the issue in Indonesia. The findings underscore the need for strategic regulations and highlight Transpolitan transmigration's role as a catalyst for national progress.
