FOCUS
FIAT Justisia: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum specializes in the study of constructive concepts of right, obligation, relation, institution, and agreement to understand the rules of law that represent the public interest, justice, fairness, legislation, and other particular policy principles. Legal concepts are then elaborated on the human rights, policy, and values of Islam. FIAT Justisia: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum studies on development and comparison of law in the Asia Pacific region but does not exclude the possibility of global or Europe, America, Australia, and Africa regional law comparison. Moreover, FIAT JUSTISIA: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum highlights law enforcement in Indonesia and widens to enforcements that are distinguished globally. Institution of Law enforcers are enrolled in instruments such as prevention, dispute settlement, counter against crimes, and the court's judgment.
