Focus and Scope
FOCUS
Ius Poenale’s focus is a medium of communication and the development of criminal law. The discussion range from a system approach that values the mechanism of crime prevention. Legal comparison in Ius Poenale Journal has the purpose of acknowledging the law from countries' perspectives to avoid dispute or conflict as a form of understanding the law through the comparison platform. Ius Poenale discusses the settlement process requires investigation and supervision of a child committed against the law, the victim of crime, and/or witness of crime.
SCOPE
The Ius Poenale journal provides research or conceptual studies on criminal law that explicitly highlights the justice system, legal comparison, the juvenile justice system, and fisheries court.
