Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.


Author Guidelines

Since the 2019 edition, significant changes have been made by expanding the procedures for writing and submitting articles in the Indonesia Private Law Review Journal with the following conditions:

  1. Articles submitted are original scientific works and do not contain the elements of plagiarism.
  2. Articles are written in Indonesian or English with a maximum of 10 pages, A4 size paper, Times New Roman font 11, and 1.5 spaces. Articles must use good and right standard terms and language.
  3. Articles are written in a journal format with a credit line system (byline).
  4. Articles include Title, Author Name, Author Institute, Author's Email Address, Abstract, Keywords.
  5. The title of the article must be specific and straightforward and formulated with a maximum of 14 words that describe the contents of the article comprehensively.
  6. The abstract is written, concisely, and descriptively. The abstract should provide a brief introduction about the problem, the purpose of the article, and followed by a statement about the methodology and a summary of the discussion of the results. Abstract written in English. Font Times New Roman (11 pt) Italic and better not more than 300 words.
  7. Keywords are arranged alphabetically and must have at least two keywords and a maximum of five keywords separated by semicolons.
  8. Author guidelines and formats of the template can be downloaded on the "Templates" page in the Open Journal System (OJS) Indonesia Private and Law Review Journal.
  9. Articles are format document (.doc), and files are submitted/sent via open journal system (OJS)
  10. The editorial board will select and edit submission articles without changing the substance, then for unpublished articles, it will be returned or notified to the author.

Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:

  1. Creative Common Attribution Share-Alike 4.0 (CC-BY-SA 4.0) license applied to all contents published in this journal.

  2. Upon publication, author(s) agree that Indonesia Private Law Review journal is the copyright owner of the material published. However, in accordance with Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) declaration, all works published in Indonesia Private Law Review journal are open access and are available to anyone on the web site of the journal without cost. The users are free to use the work, subject to proper attribution of authorship and ownership of the rights. Authors may use their material in presentations and subsequent publications they write or edit themselves, provided that Indonesia Private Law Review journal is referenced in writing and is acknowledged as the original publication.


Privacy Statement

Indonesian Private Law Review will never distribute any user personal data required on the registrations process without the explicit permission of the user and, upon request, a user's email address is removed from mailing lists. All data held about the user will be made available to the user upon request.
