Publication Etichs

The publication ethics of the LaJIL journal is an important milestone in the development of science because ethics itself is a direct reflection of the quality of the authors' work and the institutions that support the author. LaJIL has a commitment in ethical standards for publication by providing quality journals, so if the articles do not comply with LaJIL standards and the articles have an indication of plagiarism, we will report them. In this case, LaJIL uses plagiarism detection software to check every article submitted to our journal to be free from plagiarism. In addition, the Faculty of Law, Universitas Lampung, and the LaJIL Editorial Board will communicate with other journals and / or publishers when it is needed during the publishing process. Thus, it is important to agree on ethical standards for all parties involved in publishing LaJIL, such as authors, editors, reviewers, publishers, and the public.
