Author Rights
The copyright of all published articles remains with the original author(s). However, to facilitate the publication of their work in Pancasila and Law Review, authors are required to grant the journal a non-exclusive right to publish the article and identify Pancasila and Law Review as the original place of publication.
Licensing
Authors submitting to Pancasila and Law Review agree that accepted works will be published under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) license.
