THE IMPLEMENTATION OF HEALTH PROTOCOLS ON E-COURT SYSTEMS DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC ERA (In Bandar Lampung City)

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted both the health sector and the economy, prompting the Indonesian government to issue various policies aimed at prevention and control. However, challenges persist, particularly regarding compliance in certain areas like Bandar Lampung City, Lampung Province. Despite the issuance of Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2020 focusing on the Adaptation of New Habits in Covid-19 Prevention and Control to regulate community obligations regarding the implementation of the 3M Health Protocol in public spaces, the primary issue lies in the lack of discipline among residents of Lampung Province in adhering to these protocols, along with the dynamics surrounding the implementation of e-Court during the pandemic. To address these challenges, it is imperative to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing the 3M Health Protocol to curb the spread of Covid-19 in Bandar Lampung, as well as examine the application of e-Court within the broader legal framework. This research adopts an empirical law research method, employing a problem-based approach supplemented by a behavioral perspective and utilizing primary data from various sources. Initial findings indicate that the implementation of the 3M Health Protocol through Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2020 has yielded relatively effective results in public spaces, as evidenced by a survey of 86 Respondents from Bandar Lampung City. The majority of Respondents (83.5%) reported that public services at the Court had been successfully conducted online, with a smaller portion (16.5%) experiencing limitations in online services via e-Court. Overall, while the implementation of health protocols and e-Court services as part of Covid-19 prevention efforts appears relatively satisfactory, certain obstacles warrant further evaluation and consideration.
